Important notes:

• Add-ons are only available with the purchase of a tumbler and cannot be purchased stand-alone.
• Add-ons can be requested and added to the order after submitted. Add-ons will be invoiced to be paid to the email provided for the order. 
• No cups or add-ons can be started or added until fully paid. 
• Double check your shipping address BEFORE submitting order!
  
• Custom made cup orders are non-refundable.
• Cups damaged during shipping are the shipping insurance responsibility.
• Defective cups (leaking with no notable damage) I will replace if contacted with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

• I’ll design your cup based on your vision ✨

Option 2: Join a TikTok LIVE Design Session

• Watch your cup being made in real time 🖤
• Chat, customize, and collaborate live 🌸

🎥 If choosing LIVE design, please include in order notes:

• Your TikTok username
• Any general design ideas, themes, or color preferences (if you have them)
• I'll be in touch to let you know when the next live session is and where you are in the line up.

Live Claim Cup Instructions

To claim a cup I am making during the live for fun / experimentation that is NOT being made for a customer order:

Please let me know in the live you'd like the cup and once I confirm - pick the size associated with the cup and check out like normal.

• Claims from users who were not selected will be canceled.
• DM me in platform (Tiktok, Youtube) your name on order from the username who won the claim 
  
• Do not add on a UV dtf wrap to this order - that is included in price :) 
  • But if you'd like a straw topper or any other add on, please add before check out.
