Shipping
Each order is carefully handcrafted and packaged with multiple layers of protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, photos of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged item(s) will be required to process a claim.
- If item arrives incorrect or damaged with shipping package in-tact, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with images of product and shipping box
- Customers who purchase Shipping Protection at checkout receive priority assistance and expedited resolution for eligible shipping-related issues.
- Orders placed without Shipping Protection will require a claim to be submitted with the shipping carrier. Carrier approval, reimbursement, and claim timelines are determined solely by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

- Hand wash only in luke warm water
- Do NOT place in dishwasher
- Do NOT microwave
- Do NOT freeze
- Avoid extreme heat or cold
- Do not soak
- Do not use rough scrubbers
- Do not shake lava cups.
- Flip 5-10 times to redistribute if settled
