Return & Refund Policy

At Spooky Girl Crafts, most items are handmade and customized specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final unless otherwise noted below.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including all design selections and shipping details.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items (including live design orders, Etsy and TikTok Shop made-to-order products) are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Premade / Ready-to-Ship Items

For select premade (non-custom) items, we offer limited returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A $5 restocking fee will apply

Refund Method:
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
