All tumblers are handmade and custom-designed, which means:

Minor imperfections, variations, or bubbles may occur
Each item is unique and not factory-produced

These are not considered defects.

3. Product Care Instructions

To maintain the integrity and safety of your tumbler:

Hand wash only
Do not soak
Do not scrub harshly or use abrasive materials
Avoid extreme heat exposure

4. Heat & Temperature Warning

Our tumblers are NOT microwave safe.

Do not place in microwave
Do not expose to high heat (including dishwashers or hot cars)
Heat exposure may cause warping, leaking, or damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

5. Freezer & Pressure Warning

Do not freeze tumblers
Do not puncture, drill, or tamper with the cup

These actions may compromise the seal and cause leakage.

6. Liquid & Seal Disclaimer

Double-wall tumblers may contain liquid or decorative elements inside the walls.

Do not attempt to open or modify the tumbler
If damaged, discontinue use immediately

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by tampering, breakage.

7. Child Safety Warning

Our products are not intended for young children without supervision.

Small parts (such as straw toppers or decorative elements) may pose a choking hazard
Keep out of reach of infants and toddlers

By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for safe use around children.

8. Straw Topper & Accessory Disclaimer

Straw toppers and accessories:

Are decorative and should not be chewed or used as toys
May detach if handled roughly

We are not liable for misuse or damage related to accessories.

9. Custom Orders & Design Responsibility

For custom orders:

Customers are responsible for confirming design choices
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference after approval

All sales are final on custom items.

10. Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been shipped:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

11. Damage Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will review and determine resolution at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our shop, you agree that we are not liable for:

Improper use or handling of products
Damage caused by heat, pressure, or misuse
Injury resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow care instructions

13. Non-Consumption Disclaimer

Some tumblers may contain sealed decorative materials within the double walls, including liquids, glitter, or other elements that may be labeled as non-toxic, food-grade, or cosmetic-grade.

These materials are NOT intended for human consumption under any circumstances.

Do not attempt to open, puncture, or access the contents inside the tumbler walls
Do not ingest any contents, even if the tumbler becomes damaged or leaks

These materials are strictly decorative
We are not responsible or liable for any ingestion, misuse, or exposure resulting from tampering, damage, or improper use of the product

If the tumbler becomes damaged or compromised in any way, discontinue use immediately.
