- All orders are handmade with love and one-of-a-kind

- Mica is known to settle and may be very difficult to redistribute - choose to add with caution
Processing & Shipping Time

RETURNS
- All custom and made-to-order sales are final (no returns, refunds, or exchanges)
- Pre-made and ready-to-ship products have limited return policies - see Refund Policy page for more info.
- If item arrives incorrect or damaged with shipping package in-tact, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with images of product and shipping box
- Lost, stolen, delayed, or items damaged during shipping packages must be handled with the shipping carrier through the insurance provided on every order.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To keep your tumbler looking its best:
- Handle with care - excessive force or dropping the tumbler may damage the cup chamber or seal, causing leakage, or knock off rhinestones.
- Hand wash only in luke warm water
- Do NOT place in dishwasher
- Do NOT microwave
- Do NOT freeze
- Avoid extreme heat or cold
- Do not soak
- Do not use rough scrubbers
- Do not shake lava cups.
- Flip 5-10 times to redistribute if settled
